You may not distribute, modify, frame, transmit, reuse, report, or use the contents of the Site, including the materials, data, text or images for public or commercial purposes without the prior written permission.
By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to these terms: Our Company policy is simple: the customer is always right! If, at any time, you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange or refund your money. If you received a damaged item with your order, we will replace it with an identical product.
WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY
We care and want you to be happy with your order. Email or phone within three days of receipt of in-stock items ordered through this website if you’re not satisfied with your order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations are expected. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened products for a full refund or exchange. Please call or email us for a return authorization number. Due to the nature of custom made/labeled items, these are not refundable once shipped. Stock items may be cancelled without charge up until time of shipment. Custom orders or private label items can be cancelled without charge for 72 hours after ordering. After that time, there will be a 50% charge. Products are returnable in the event of shipping error only. We must be contacted within five days of receipt of the order. We will pay for shipping and reship the new item. All sales are final after five days. If packages are damaged upon receipt, contact the shipping carrier UPS or USPS immediately with your tracking number a claim can be made. We take responsibility for damaged packages once they are returned to us.
